| Xavier University Preparatory School offers a college preparatory education to female students in grades 7 thru 12, regardless of race, color, religion, or national origin.
The focus of the X.U.P. program is the development of Christian girls through a harmonious blending of their spiritual, moral, intellectual, emotional, and physical strengths.

- Copy of Current Report Card
- Copy of Transcripts/Cumulative Records
- Copy of recent Standardized Test Scores
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Current School Picture
- $20.00 Application Fee
- Archdiocese Catholic High School Application Form
Please bring or mail the 2009-2010 X.U.P. Admissions Application and all additional information requested on the application to:

Please submit the Archdiocese Catholic High School Application Form to your daughter’s elementary school.
Student Admission Interviews must be conducted before an admissions decision is made.
Open House is schedule for Saturday, October 25, 2008.
