Request for Graduate Transcripts

Transcripts for a Xavier Prep Graduate will be issued upon written request and payment in the form of a money order OR cashier's check at least 10 days in advance of the date the transcript is needed, provided that all financial obligations are cleared.
Official transcripts are sent directly to the institutions and places of business only. The cost of a transcript is $5. Requests should be sent to:
